Dr. B. Ganesh, our Chief Doctor, is a Well Recognized Expert and Leading Eye Surgeon specializing in Cataract & Refractive Surgeries. He is a recipient of several honours and awards from India and abroad.
He has wide experience performing 31,000 plus surgeries on patients across Chennai and Tamil Nadu over the last 30 years.
Apart from being the Medical Director of Jaya Eye Care, he teaches at various Premier Medical Colleges of Chennai.

Senior Consultant Ophthalmologist and Cataract Surgeon
Dr. K. Sangeetha is a Senior Consultant Ophthalmologist and Cataract surgeon, specialized in comprehensive ophthalmology and practicing in Chennai for the past 18 years. She has vast experience in treating patients with refractive errors and glaucoma, in addition to performing Phaco Emulsification with high-end Intraocular lens implantation for Cataract procedures. In addition, she also does Prelex (presbyopic lens exchange) for Presbyopic individuals who prefer to be independent of glasses for their routine work.
She is a dynamic, full-fledged Ophthalmologist in the field of eye care and practiced as a Senior consultant and Phaco surgeon at Leela Eye Clinic (Tiruvanmiyur), Smart Vision and Diabetes Clinic (Adyar), and at Vasan Eye Care (Adyar and Saidapet). Having started her career at Prem’s Eye Clinic, Saidapet which was later taken over by Vasan Eye Care, Dr. Sangeetha was also a Consultant Ophthalmologist at Dr. Kamakshi Memorial Hospital, Pallikaranai.
Apart from clinical practice, Dr. Sangeetha has been oriented academically and been an instructor in Contact Lens workshop, Laser DCR (Laser Dacrycystorhinostomy) workshop (for various national and international surgeons) and in the wet lab phaco emulsification training programme as well.
