Underwent cataract surgery on 23rd February:
Reception-cordial, responsive and get answers promptly. Dealt with two different persons and they were quite businesslike.The telephone ring can be toned down a little as it is quite noisy for the patients.
Paramedical-the testers, operation assistant and others met our expectation. The operating assistant declined to accept gratuity which is quite sought after in most clinics. Noteworthy.
Cleanliness-Hygine is of very high order. The toilets, rooms, flooring as well as approach are very clean and tidy.
Doctor-Answers all queries willingly. Makes you feel at ease and comfortable during surgery as well. Pre and post surgery advice is quite clear and specific.
Lab-Attached acura lab were quite skilled and took blood sample without any hassle.
Pharmacy-Could get all the medicines promptly
On the whole very satisfied with Jaya clinic and have no reservation in recommending to others.
